Beatles Maple Leaf Gardens 1965 Press Conference Pass & Letter
A press conference was held in between the two Beatles shows at Maple Leaf Gardens on August 17, 1965. This lot includes the press conference pass and the letter with instructions from the Maple Leaf Gardens Publicity Department. Letter and envelope are both headed with images of the arena. It was obviously a great honor to be invited to the press conference. On the pass itself is the signature of Stan Obodiac that is required as stated in the letter. The pass also has strict condition for admission. The pass measures 6x3.5” the letter is 10x8.5” and the envelope 3.75x6.5”. The condition of the pass and letter is EX-MT although the letter has been folded. The envelope is VG.
