Signed first-edition copy of possibly the most famous -- and best -- sports autobiography ever written, Bill Veeck's classic and hilarious "Veeck -- As in Wreck." The baseball maverick who brought a midget, Satchel Paige and exploding scoreboards to baseball put his legendary marker on the first blank page in blue ink, grading 9/10 or better. Book itself is EX+ with minor paper loss along the jacket cover borders, near-pristine inside pages. Title-page stamping and a few pen notes by a former owner of the book, but not in text.
