Bruce Springsteen Hot Mammas Flyer

Bruce Springsteen Hot Mammas Flyer

Unbelievably rare remnant from Bruce's earliest Asbury Park gigs at the Upstage, the club above a Thom McAnn shoe store at 702 Cookman Avenue and Bond Street where he began to build a following and jammed all night with future E Street Bandmates. He later sung about Bond Street in "The Wish." The 8 1/2 x 11" flyer reads "Rock All Night" across the top and bills "Bruce Springsteen and the Hot Mammas," an early band seldom mentioned in Springsteen histories or found in Bruce memorabilia. Fragile with wear damage and a tear in the lower right corner but lettering remains bold.
