Longtime collection from sophisticated collector includes some fantastic stuff: 1) Tour Material: three rare tour itineraries (1978-79, 1981 & 12-84), 1981 yellow suspenders and button, four tour shirts (1978-84), programs (2), early buttons with several rarities (8), 1981 U.K. Tour promo bag, rare 1974 press kit with multiple pieces inside. 2) Clock presented to Bruce himself for the 1981 British shows by ther promoter with backstage pass. 3) Great paper stuff including handbills (1992 Dress Rehearsal, 1997 Japan), magazines (<i>Off the Wall </i>1979, two <i>Backstreets</i>, twelve <i>Thunder Road </i>with #1, three 1975 <i>Time</i> magazines), Big Man’s West Opening ticket & sax-shaped pass, tickets and passes (2), 1975 <i>Rock Superstar</i> poster, 1978 Capitol Theater program, Steel Mill repro program, first <i>Born to Run</i> sheet music, “Fact Sheet” from 1st album, original bootleg cover insert to “You Can Trust Your Car…”, 1973 “Rock N Roll Future” promo sticker. 4) May 7, 1993 Atlantic City show mailers (58). 5) Collection of 45’s with many rarities. Best ones are real nice condition: <i>Spirit In The Night </i>& <i>Tenth Ave. Freeze-Out</i> promo mono’s (2), “Play-Back” with picture sleeve, <i>Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town</i> Columbia demo with ps, and more. 14 pieces. 6) Huge 35” diameter record of <i>Born To Run</i> was done by the firm “Think Big!” in the 1980s. Great display piece. 7) <i>Nebraska </i>Poster Original Art. Actual size artwork for the two-sided U.S. promotional poster. Two stunning 38.5" handcolored photos on foam core boards with acetate overlay comes with copy of the poster. 8) Vintage photographs. There are 50+ pieces here including some very early stuff. Both b/w and color. 9) 1985 Archie Comic Book Original Art. <i>Born in the USA</i> inspired 6-page complete story appeared in <i>Betty's Diary #1</i>. Betty goes to record store looking for Bruce "Bingstone" album, meets him and they have a romance. 16.5x11" pen & ink by Dan DeCarlo. Collection is overall EX+.
