Bruce Springsteen Slick Collection
Extra rare unused 45-RPM prototypical slicks for the "Born to Run" album jacket prior to its release in September 1975. In addition to the image chosen, of Bruce leaning against the shoulder of an unseen Clarence Clemons (2 in this lot), one is of Bruce with sneakers dangling from his guitar (an image used in ad campaigns). Slicks are 9 x 15", one MT, two others NRMT slightly stained. Also two unused slicks of 45 labels from Bruce's early years with the Castilles, on Selsom and Vinyard Records. Minor staining on one of these but not on the labels.
