Bruce Springsteen Stage-Worn Shirt From The River Tour
George Steinbrenner wasn't the only "Boss." In the realm of music, that nickname is the exclusive property of Bruce Springsteen. From his 1980 "The River" tour comes this black, blue and grey flannel shirt made by Campus. Comes with a 1991 LOA from the technician who obtained the shirt. "The River" produced the #3 smash single "Hungry Heart" as well as the Top 20 follow-up "Fade Away." It was a double-album and the fifth studio release from the pride of Asbury Park, New Jersey. In fact, five of the songs on the album: "Independence Day," "Point Blank," "The Ties That Bind," "Ramrod" and "Sherry Darling" were leftovers from his previous album, "Darkness on the Edge of Town," and had been featured on that 1978 tour. The album hit #1 on the Billboard chart and was certified five-times platinum.
