Cal Ripken Signed Retirement Bats (8)

Cal Ripken Signed Retirement Bats (8)

A sterling stash of commemorative bats signed by Cal Ripken Jr. upon his retirement in 2001. Eight in all, each one a jet-black, 35” Louisville Slugger 125 P 72 personal Ripken model, immortalized with a flawless signature by this generation’s Iron Man on the barrel in silver marker. To the left, on the barrel, is a silver engraving depicting Cal in his last game waving goodbye to fans, surrounded by a ring reading “Cal Ripken, Jr.” and a banner underneath reading “1981-2001” and the MLB logo. MLB hologram is affixed to the shaft of the bat. Ripken’s massive popularity hasn’t waned a bit since his retirement, and items like these are like IT&T stock on the collector’s market, for a reason; the man and anything associated with him just oozes class. Now, multiply that by 8.
