Cary Grant Signed Letter with Further Adventures of Black Beauty Content
Typed letter of thanks, dated June 6, 1973, was sent by Grant after he had received and read Murray's "The Further Adventures of Black Beauty". In it he goes on about Jim's "rare way with words" and ends with, "if you ever hear that I've been helped off to the booby hatch while holding my stomach and unable to explain, you can assume I had been reading one of your hilarious columns. Signed "Cary" in thick black marker (9/10). The cream colored sheet has minor superficial creases and its original mailing folds, NR-MT. Double matted and framed to 11"x15".
