Chuck Connors Signed Minor League All Star Ball
Before he twirled a rifle on the hit TV show, “The Rifleman,” and yet after he joined (and quit) the newly formed basketball team, the Boston Celtics, actor Chuck Connors spent some time in baseball’s minor leagues, and this Official American League (Harridge) baseball has his blue penned signature (8/10) on one of its panels. This minor league All-Star ball is circa late-1940’s/early 1950’s, when Connors played on the farm teams for the Brooklyn Dodgers and the Chicago Cubs.
