Circa 1880s Duke Cameo Cigarettes Advertising Poster
Attractive nineteenth-century point of sale advertising poster promoting "Duke's Cameo Cigarettes." The poster features a portrait image of a beautiful young woman, with the "W. Duke, Sons & Co." name printed at the base. Produced by "Knapp & Co." of New York. The poster (19x29.75") is complete with both its top and bottom metal runners. Several moderate-to-heavy creases are evident, as are a few small abrasions. Mounted (means unknown) and framed to total dimensions of 22x33". The size and/or weight of this lot will necessitate an increased shipping charge.
