Circa 1906, this magnificent Elgin pocket watch, has a raised bronze image of Dan Patch, the revered pacer of his day. He was so fast that no other horse owner's would allow their horses to race him - he had to race against his own record. The crystal has a little crack and the watch comes on a chain with the original key. Elegant looking watch is silver plated.
