Circa 1915 Arts & Crafts Style Baseball Clock (5x9x21")

Circa 1915 Arts & Crafts Style Baseball Clock (5x9x21")

This is the kind of piece you would expect to find in a dark, shady room in Shoeless Joe's South Carolina home. It's got that fantastic early rustic feel, obviously lovingly hand-made by a self-trained craftsman with a love for the game. The woodwork is not perfect, but it's so charmingly done as to exceed pieces created by more skilled artisans. Hand-carved ballplayer at top is the best. Numbers on clock are actually hand-painted as well!
