Circa 1951 Willie Mays Rookie Era Signed Index Card (PSA)
Early Willie Mays signature on this unlined 3x5" index card is a beauty for the ages. Mays signed in black ballpoint pen along with "Giants" in a crisp autograph grading 8-9/10. Card displays slight age toning, but has been extremely well preserved. Back is blank except for a rubber stamp with a name and address, presumably the collector who requested the signature. Avid collectors will note the distinctive signature from the Say Hey Kid on this card as compared to his more modern era autographs, allowing us to date this from the early years of his majestic career.
