Circa 1963 Chicago White Sox Cap of Juan Pizarro

Circa 1963 Chicago White Sox Cap of Juan Pizarro

Classic White Sox cap circa 1963 was worn to the mound by one tough cookie, Puerto Rican fireballer Juan Pizarro, who in '62 threw two no-hitters and in '63 and '64 went a combined 35-17 with ERAs well under 3.00. Blue cap has the old-style diagonal "SOX" in white, and a handwritten "32" is on the underside of the bill. Extensive wear with abundant soil and sweat staining.
