Circa 1985 Ulf Samuelsson Hartford Whalers Game Worn Jersey
Game used Hartford Whalers jersey is from circa 1985, early in the 16-year NHL career of Ulf Samuelsson. Green road sweater is pounded with use particularly in the collar, with fraying and loose threads, while also displaying stick marks and one team repair. Whalers logo crest is across the chest in blue-on-white tackle twill, name in individually stitched lettering is on the back above his number 5, which is also on the shoulders in the same style. Because of his gritty style, Samuelsson tended to be very popular wherever he played, and equally hated by opponents who bore the brunt of his physical play.
