Circa 2008 Sidney Crosby Pittsburgh Penguins Signed Game Worn Helmet (Joe Tomon LOA)
<p>Rare opportunity to own a piece of game used rookie gear from the "Kid" most likely to be in the Hall of Fame, Sidney Crosby. White Reebok model dates from Sid the Kid's 2005-06 rookie year in which he amassed 102 points at the young age of 18. Visor is present, some use shown with minor scratches, Pittsburgh Penguins logo decal on each side as well as his number 87 decal on back. Despite losing significant time due to injury, Sid has led the Pens to three Stanley Cup titles while winning the Smythe Award as Playoff MVP twice, and has won the Art Ross Trophy as NHL MVP twice. Signed on front in black Sharpie, though some of the autograph has rubbed off; JSA LOA for signature and Joe Tomon LOA for use.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Addendum:</span></strong> Crosby can be seen wearing this style helmet starting in his rookie season of 2005-06 up until the 2008-09 season. Since there is no photo-match, Crosby could have worn this helmet at any time during that span.</p>
