Atmospheric and overwhelming Civil War paraphernalia reproductions, including two (2) canteens - one wooden with cork, cork ring, and dual shoulder and cork strap, and the other container-metal surrounded by fabric, with cork and stopper chain; one (1) wool, officer blue kepi cap with leather visor, chin strap, and sweat band, and silver infantry insignia on top of cap, and shows great wear; one (1) very sharp silver bayonet with protective leather brass-tipped cover; one (1) book entitled “Four Years with General Lee” by Walter H. Taylor, published in 1877; one (1) black leather cartridge box with brass “US” insignia on flap, and retains leather strap to secure flap; and lastly a 4 ? x 2 ?” vintage paper ID for “William Saunders, U.S. Marshal, Fourth Federal District.” A very historic and emblematic collection.
