Definitive 1973 Mike Schmidt Philadelphia Phillies "Rookie" Signed Game Used Bat (PSA GU 8.5)
Rare and outstanding opportunity, this game used bat is definitively confirmed to the 1973 season, the first in Mike Schmidt‚s spectacular Hall of Fame career. It is signed by Schmidt in black marker on the barrel, and this H&B model K44 has that number stamped on the knob, but the jersey number 20 written in black. PSA GU 8.5 and accompanied by an LOA, excellent use is evident, with ball marks, stitch marks, and bat rack streaks. Grade covers bat condition only, not the autograph. Measuring 35" and weighing 31.6 ounces, Schmidt wielded this beauty during his first full season in the Majors, during which he hit the first 18 of his career total of 548 round-trippers.
