Early 1970’s Los Angeles Kings Game Worn Gilles Marotte Jersey.
This vintage gamer is worthy of royalty. Once donned by the man who was part of the infamous trade bringing Phil Esposito & Ken Hodge to Boston back in ’67. It bears the scars of many a fierce battle fought on the ice. Adorned with an elaborate and enticing crown on the front, embroidered in white, purple & yellow. The number “4” is displayed large on the verso and again on each sleeve. Multiple team repairs to the front and back tell the tales of greatness witnessed by this purple dureen jersey. Tagging on inside back tail is “W.A. Goodman & Sons” in faded print. Size tag to its right is half shredded and 50% intact. Additional tag with “S” embroidered in red thread, plus the care tag. You can see the "A" removed. It doesn’t get any better than this!
