Eddie Giacomin & Guy LaFleur Game Issued Sticks
These two game-issued sticks highlight one of the NHL's great match-ups of the late 1960s and early '70s. Guy LaFleur's name is stamped on the shaft of this vintage Koho 221 right-handed stick, with Eddie Giacomin's gracing a Sher-Wood goalie model. Though Giacomin's appears to have puck marks on the blade, neither are believed to have been game-used, though both are pro models of the types used by those stars. LaFleur was a noted sniper in the legendary Montreal Canadiens' lineup, while Giacomin was a talented netminder and popular staple of the New York Rangers.
