English Channel Collection of Three Race Worn Saddle Cloths (winning VA Derby and Joe Hirsche Turf and Runner-up Secretariat Stakes)
This collection of three saddle cloths was worn by superstar turf horse English Channel. One of the greatest American turf horses in recent memory, English Channel won 13 of 23 races and over $5 million in earnings during his legendary career. His final victory came at the 2007 Breeders Cup Turf, where he set a record for this race, winning by seven convincing lengths. The blue, gold and red saddle cloths offered here are from his wins in the 2005 Virginia Derby and 2007 Joe Hirsche Turf, as well as from his second-place finish in the 2005 Secretariat Stakes.
