Ernie Banks Large Original Painting from Tony Piet's Chevy Dealership
This oversized acrylic painting on masonite board once hung in the former Detroit Tiger, Tony Piet's, Chevy Dealership. The painting measures 36 x 66" and features the image of a youthful Ernie Banks surrounded by the image of a baseball diamond. Beneath Bank's image is statistics and highlights from his career including the statement that he was "the greatest cub ever." The overall quality of the painting is EX with some minor scuffing of the paint on the sides and a bit of edge wear.
