Exceptional Graham McNamee NBC Announcer Wire Photographs (23)
Exceptional quality news service and press photo collection featuring the popular NBC broadcaster and MC, Graham McNamee. The earliest images are from the mid 1920's and include a fine sepia photo of McNamee and his first wife boarding a plane. Also found here, several professional portraits and shots of McNamee "on the job" from the 1930's. A curious news service photo from 1935 reports that McNamee was knocked unconscious by an out-of-control car at the All-American Soapbox Derby. He was fine! The photos measure 6.5 x 8.5" to 8 x 10" and range in condition from VG to MT with many on the better end of the range. Most images have original caption sheets.
