Famed 1933 Royal Calcutta (India) Golf Club 18K Gold Medal in Original Box
Sumptuous quality piece from the medal itself to the sleek original leather box with silk insert. From the Royal Calcutta, the oldest golf club outside of the British Isles, the 18k gold medal is 7/8" tall, box is 2 5/8" x 2 1/4" and the silk insert reads "Hamilton & Co Ltd Jewelers and Silversmiths Calcutta Delhi, & Limla." Beautifully engraved to W.E. Bell and reads "Won By W.E. Bell 71 Nett 1933."
