In November of 1963, President JFK's accused killer, Lee Harvey Oswald, was himself murdered by Jack Ruby while being transferred from the Dallas Police headquarters. This famous image captured the moment and won the Pulitzer Prize for photographer Bob Jackson. This version has been trimmed to a narrower angle for publication and measures 7x8.5". It has some light inpainting and is in NM condition. The original news clipping from the San Francisco Examiner is affixed to the verso.
