Fantastic Bronze by George Gach Titled "Photo Finish"

Gach, a well-known sculptor and painter designed a gorgeous unique bronze of two racehorses in a classic and impressionistic style. He depicts the combatants in a frantic whirlwind fight to the wire with both jockeys urging their mounts to the utmost. The quality of the work is extraordinary. The stand is 10x5x2” with a brass plaque showing “Photo Finish” and the artist’s name. Atop the base, the length of the horses is 8.75x6.5” high. The racehorses are in Near Mint condition.
