"Genuine Risk" Race Worn Silks by Winning Jockey Jacinto Vasquez w/Proof of Vasquez Signing (Directly from Vasquez)

"Genuine Risk" Race Worn Silks by Winning Jockey Jacinto Vasquez w/Proof of Vasquez Signing (Directly from Vasquez)

Hall of Fame jockey Jacinto Vasquez race worn silks from his 1980 Kentucky Derby victory while riding Genuine Risk. Photo-matched, bright kelly green with white diamond patterns, velcro front with white faux bowtie at collar. Signed and dated "5/3/80" on front tail in thick black marker, with bleeding on both. Firestone is embroidered in white script on the right tail near the velcro, faint writing on inside bottom reads 10/2 E774 PE9, and 366, with AP61 on the outside, all in black marker near the bottom seam.

Note: Upon further review, we are not able to match these silks to Jacinto's Kentucky Derby race in 1980. However, the silks show great use and Jacinto can be seen wearing this style in various races, so we can conclude that these silks were worn by Jacinto. These silks also come from Jacinto directly, so we do not have any doubt that they were worn by Jacinto.
