Hall of Fame "Special Inscription" Single Signed Baseball Collection (15) w/Aaron, DiMaggio, and Koufax
Collection of fifteen baseballs, each individually signed by a Hall of Fame player, all of whom have added a special inscription either below or beside their signature. All the balls are official National or American League baseballs (dating from the 1980s and 1990s) and have been signed across the sweet spot in a variety of inks. The signatures are all boldly scripted and average 9/10. Several of the balls display varying degrees of age toning, otherwise all are in Near Mint condition. The collection consists of the following: Hank Aaron ("755"), Joe DiMaggio ("HOF 1955"), Sandy Koufax ("CY 63 65 66"), Reggie Jackson ("Mr. October"), Stan Musial (two balls, one is inscribed "Stan 'The Man' Musial #6" and the other is inscribed "Stan 'The Man' Musial HOF 69 3630"), Al Kaline ("HOF 80 3,007"), Lou Brock ("SB 938 HOF 85 Hits 3023"), Rollie Fingers (two balls, each inscribed "HOF 92 341 Saves"), Tony Gwynn (two balls, each inscribed "N.L. Batting Champ 84, 87, 88, 89"), Ozzie Smith ("#1 The Wizard; slight bleeding to the signature and inscriptions), Jim Bunning ("U.S. Congressman"), and Phil Rizzuto ("#10 'The Scooter'").
