Hank Greeenberg Signed Hand Painetd Baseball by George Sosnak
This keepsake is a must-have for any true fan of the original “Hammerin’ Hank,” one of baseball’s all-time greats. Part collectible, part biography, part work of art, this tribute baseball was all done in the hand of noted fold artist George H. Sosnak. As was typical with Sosnak, he had Greenberg sign the baseball and then enhanced the signature to make it darker and stand out. One half of the area between the seams commemorates Greenberg’s Hall of Fame plaque – including artwork and verbiage - while the other provides background information on his storied career. All printing is clearly legible and rendered in stunning detail, ball is in EX condition.
