Hansel Winning Tremont Stakes Saddle Cloth

Hansel Winning Tremont Stakes Saddle Cloth

Hansel's 1991 three-year old campaign began with a bang when he won the Jim Beam Stakes in track record time (a standard that still stands today). He would go on to win the Lexington Stakes, Preakness Stakes and Belmont Stakes, capping off the season by being named champion three-year-old colt. This light blue cloth with black nameplate is from Hansel's win in the 1990 Tremont Stakes and comes with a COA signed by Hansel's groom. The number "5" is loose but can easily be glued back into place.
