International Newservice image dates around 1915 based on the uniform he is wearing, the style of photo, the stamps on verso, et al. Dated May 1, 1927 from use with a PCL story (he was with the Mission Bells at the time). Even has the small original paper caption on verso (circa 1915 as well). Corner crease o/w EX-MT. 7x9”.
