"High Echelon" 1969 Futurity Silver Trophy Plate by Tiffany
This silver tray awarded for High Echelon's win at Belmont Park in 1969. Engraving on the trophy reads "New York Racing...The Futurity Belmont Park 1969...Won by Ethel D. Jacobs, High Echelon, Trainer: Hirsch Jacobs." Measures 10.75" in diameter and NRMT condition. On the verso is stamped by the regal maker "Tiffany & Co., Sterling, 51." Comes with official program from the race. Originally from the family of Hirsch Jacobs, and Christie's Important American Silver Auction, January 2008.
