High Grade 1969 New York Mets World Champions Team Signed Baseball
The year was 1969 - man's first landing on the moon, Woodstock is a big hit, and a baseball team of former Lovable Losers from Queens becomes simply Amazin'. The New York Mets had never finished higher than ninth place in their brief expansion tenure but not only did they win the NL championship, but they defeated the seemingly invincible Baltimore Orioles in the World Series. This official National League (Giles) baseball is NRMT-MT. On the sweet spot is team manager, Gil Hodges. All of the other keys are here including Seaver, Ryan, Kranepool, McGraw, Swaboda, Grote, Shamsky, Charles, Weis, Koonce, Berra, Clendenon, Agee, and more. The signature total is 21, all are very consistent and grade 7-8/10. It is a very tough ball to find in this condition.
