Horse Racing Oversized Photographs (150+)
Great collection of oversized horse racing wire photos (150+). Includes many photos from the Santa Anita Handicap, including late 1930's shots of Seabiscuit racing Rosemont, Aneroid, Indian Broom and Stagehead. Collection also includes photos from the 1950's Belmont, Preakness and 1940’s-1960's Kentucky Derby. Horses include Middle Ground, Ponder, Hill Prince, Venetian Way, Decidedly, Lucky Debonair (Willie Shoemaker), Dapper Dan, Roman Line among others. Too numerous to mention them all. Photos are oversized in the 15" x 10" range and in various conditions averaging VG-EX, some better, some with newspaper edit markings.
