Notes: This collection was compiled by a sportswriter that covered the Soccer beat from the late 1960’s to the 1990’s. The scope of this collection is impossible to cover in catalog format, but there are hundreds of media guides, hundreds of soccer magazines, and hundreds of programs, all housed in 18 file boxes. Most of the material dates from the 1970’s and 1980’s. While the majority of the collection is related to professional US Soccer, there is a lot of foreign material and many, many pieces that relate to international matches. There are also 50 or so publications related to other sports such as Horse Racing and Track and Field. Potential buyers would be well advised to view this lot in person. <br><br>Condition: EX-MT to Mint, often items are found in their original mailing envelopes.
