Jacinto Vasquez Signed Race Worn Boots

Jacinto Vasquez Signed Race Worn Boots

Hall of Fame thoroughbred jockey Jacinto Vasquez race worn boots, black with maroon cuffs, nicely inscribed in silver Sharpie, "Kentucky Derby, G.R, Foolish Pleasure" on the left, and the other "Stakes Race Boots, Ruffian Race Worn Boots, Filly Triple Crown." Our consignor obtained them directly from Vasquez and when asked what race he wore them in, Vasquez responded by saying he only wore that particular set of boots a couple times a year, over a 5-10 year period, because leather boots were very expensive. Despite their limited use, both show tremendous wear by the man who recorded an astounding 5,231 career wins.
