Jackie Robinson Sport Magazine Signed Photo (In Person)
We love this Sport magazine shot of Jackie standing like a coiled wire in the dugout, eyes focused like beebees on something happening on the field, face showing displeasure, hands instinctively beginning to close into fists -- though knowing all the while he would have to hold back. One of the best Robinson photos we've ever seen, it's made better by the noble presence of his signature reading "Best wishes, Jackie Robinson" in blue ink against the white of his uniform pants. Signature is also topnotch, grading 9 out of a possible 10. Page is 8 1/2 x 11" and EX-MT. Obtained in person by a Chicago area sportswriter.
