Jim Parker's 1962 All-Pro Trophy with Jim Parker LOA & HOFer Signed Football
Jim Parker is considered by many to be the greatest lineman in football history. No stranger to the Pro Bowl (he played in 8), offered here is Parker's All-Pro trophy from the year 1962. The trophy features a signed football as its crowning glory. Many of the (33) signatures are faded and illegible, but many are not. Jim Parker's is visible as are the ball point signatures of greats Gino Marchetti, Johnny Unitas, George Halas, Abe Woodson, Raymond Berry, Jim Taylor, Richie Petitbon, Henry Jordan, John Gordy and Joe Fortunato. Signatures range from 3 to 7/10. Without the football in place, the trophy measures 8.5" high with a yellow football tee as its highest point. The plate is engraved, "Jim Parker-Baltimore Colts-NEA All-Players All Pro-Football Team-1962-Presented by Complete Sports Publications". EX condition overall. Comes with an LOA signed by Parker confirming its origins
