Joe DiMaggio Final Game of Streak Unused Ticket-Only One Known
This rare, unused school ticket comes from the last day of Joe DiMaggio's unbelievable 56-game hitting streak - Wednesday, July 16, 1941 at Cleveland's Municipal Stadium. This is the only such ticket known to exist and it warrants the high grade of NM. "Joltin' Joe" went 3-4 during the Yanks' 10-3 trouncing of the Tribe that afternoon before being shut down in three at-bats by Ken Keltner and Al Smith the following evening in a 4-3 Yankee win.
