"Joe Willie Namath" Vintage Signed Super Bowl III Program
This is the game program from Super Bowl III between the NFL’s Baltimore Colts and the AFL’s New York Jets. Future Hall of Fame quarterback, Joe Namath, made news in the days prior to the game when he “guaranteed” a victory for his team. The Jets upset the favored Colts, 16-7, and Namath was named the game’s Most Valuable Player. Joe Willy Namath signed this Program in the bottom left corner of the cover. The signature is written in blue ink and, it is very clear. This program is in excellent condition with no creases, rips, loose pages or cracked bindings. Comes directly from the famed and well respected writer, Ike Kuhn’s collection.
