John F. Kennedy Throws Out 1st Pitch Oversized Photo (1963)
Oversized black and white wire photo of President John F. Kennedy on April 8th 1963 rearing his right hand back with baseball to throw out the first pitch at D.C. Stadium. Pictured in the foreground are Senators Humphrey, Mansfield, and Johnston. Photo measures 14” x 11” with typed caption affixed above photo, stating date and people in photo. Large crease runs diagonally from bottom right corner up towards the center of photo but not across President Kennedy’s head in photo. Small half inch tear at bottom right corner on edge of photo. Excellent condition overall. Great shot captures enthusiasm of President Kennedy at an enjoyable “All-American” event.
