Johnny Podres Brooklyn Dodgers Equipment Bag
Left-handed pitcher Johnny Podres will forever be immortalized as the man who lifted the Brooklyn Dodgers to their only World Series championship, blanking the Yankees in the decisive seventh game of the 1955 Fall Classic. Podres was Dodgers royalty, having played 14 of his 17 Major League seasons with the franchise, both in Brooklyn and Los Angeles. This heavy canvas Army bag, which is accented by a working zipper on top and both a stencil-style "45" and familiar "Dodgers" script in blue paint on the side. It has been signed on one end by Podres in 5/10 blue Sharpie.
