Large Collection of Brooklyn Dodgers Pre-War Photos Including Some by Charles Conlon (200+)
Over 200 photos, all from prior to World War II. The majority (75%) are first generation photos printed near the time that they were taken. Some are later prints. There are some great names and photographs here, including the likes of Wilbert Robinson, Dazzy Vance, Hack Wilson, Zack Taylor, Casey Stengel, Chief Meyers, Joe Oeschger, and many more. Lots of photos are from the 1920's, and include many of the players from the 1920 Championship team. Dozens of photos in this collection originate from the Baseball Magazine archive. Many of these were taken by the famous Charles Conlon. Overall condition is VG.
