Large Collection of Signed Baseball Photos, Plaques and Magazines
This collection consists of over 75 signed baseball items, including photographs, plaques, magazines and cut signatures. There are framed copes of the May 1, 1939 and August 1, 1949 issues of Life magazine with Joe DiMaggio on both covers; each has been signed by Joltin' Joe himself. There is also a signed 8 x 10" photo of DiMaggio mounted on a wooden plaque, and a signed 8 x 10" color photo of Cal Rikpen, Jr. along with dozens of other signed photos including Tim McCarver, Bill Mazeroski, Yogi Berra and Don Larsen, Whitey Ford, Warren Spahn and many others. Fourteen Hall of Fame plaque postcards are signed by the likes of Joe DiMaggio, Ted Williams, Willie Stargell and Lefty Grove. There are also 15 signatures on 3 x 5" cards including Luke Appling, Johhnny Vander Meer, Enos Slaughter, Carl Hubbell and Lloyd Waner, and a Roger Maris cut signature.
