Lou Gehrig-Bill Dickey Glass Baseball Bank in Original Box (1930s)
Touted as a "novel and simple method for saving" this circa 1930 "Yank Bank" is in it's original box. The glass bank is in the shape of a baseball on a wooden stand. It is painted with "New York Yankees" and the replica signatures of Lou Gehrig and Bill Dickey in red paint. Original packaging is good condition (box is far more rare than the bank). The finish on the wooden base is worn, but the graphics on the glass baseball are perfect. Very nice piece!
