Marvelous Cincinnati Photographs by Paul Briol (9)
Here is a collection of nine photographs by noted photographer Paul Briol, whose work chronicling the sights of Cincinnati has often appeared in publications including the Cincinnati Enquirer. Briol's photography was also the subject of a Centannial Tribute by the Cincinnati Historical Society. This collection features numerous images of the architecture of the Columbia Boulevard Viaduct in Cincinnati, circa 1949. Briol's keen eye captures the stairs, railings, retaining walls, pillars and structural details, turning mundane architecture into art. All photos measure 7 x 9" and are printed on heavy paper.
