Michael Jackson Original Drawings
Amazing collection of 8 original pencil "self portrait" sketches by the King of Pop himself, most signed with a telltale "M.J." These eccentric drawings have never been seen by the public, and by only a scant few whom the famously insecure Michael entrusted with seeing his art work. The curiously fascinating images depict him in different guises, including side views with surgical nose upturned, one of him as an old man in a hat and beard and the nose enlarged, one with grotesquely large, and one with his old nose. Clearly, a psychiatrist would have a field day with these homemade "Rohrshock" tests clearly demonstrating Michael's angst about his image. 5 of the pieces are on pristine sheets preserved without a trace of damage (NRMT), 2 others that have been folded, and 1 drawing in red ink on a note from a friend (both EX+).
