Mickey Mantle Rawlings Promotional Photo (8 x 10)
Talk about a cushy job. All Mickey Mantle had to do to earn status as a "Member, Advisory Staff" of the Rawlings Sports Goods Co. was to endorse their gloves -- and do things like pose with his Rawlings mitt on his knee in this promotional 8 x 10 with his facsimile signature and "staff" status on the lower left. Getting the Mick as a pitchman was as good as gold, though Mick himself never quite earned a Gold Glove. Nice piece of Mantle minutiae is NRMT.
