Mickey Mantle Signed Baseball to His Sister (JSA LOA)
Here's something of an usual offering - while Mickey Mantle's signature graces many pieces, this one was actually inscribed to his sister, Barbara. The Official American League (Brown) ball bears The Mick's signature in blue ballpoint ink on the sweet spot below the inscription "To Sis - 7," which is also deemed to be in Mantle's hand. Stampings are clear though the ball has some toning, particularly on the panels. This lot is accompanied by JSA LOA.
