Muhammad Ali Definitive in Studio From-The-Camera Negative
Another in the studio, "glamour" shot of Muhammad Ali. We use the term "glamour" as this full-color 2.25" studio portrait of a handsome bare-chested Ali in boxing pose is similar in execution to the sought-after glamorous studio portraits of the Hollywood stars from the 1930s through the 1960s. This medium format from-the-camera original negative, is on Kodak Safety film, and comes with a contact print with distorted color, (Type 1) that actually will print like the first image with deep, resonant colors. In NM-MT condition. The original negatives and images in this collection are by the personal photographer of Ali's manager Herbert Muhammad. Unpublished, they have not seen the light of day for five decades. Recently discovered, they come with the photographer’s rights. All of the negs/transparencies are unique, “Type I” images that can be used to make prints and products of the finest quality and huge scale.
